V.I.Paws Loyalty Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction
    1. Launched on 1st January 2026, Naturediet V.I.Paws is our loyalty scheme, set up in order to reward our customers for being part of our community. We have created various ways (“Ways to earn”) for you to earn Naturediet V.I.Paws Points which can be used towards discounts on your next purchase from our website, plus exclusive benefits which can be acquired by qualifying for spend-based VIP tiers.
  2. Membership
    1. To collect Naturediet V.I.Paws Points you must have an active Naturediet Account. You do this with your First name, Last Name and email address, which is personal data. We will only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.  Once you register for a Naturediet Account, we will automatically enrol you as a holder of a V.I.Paws Loyalty Account and you can start collecting V.I.Paws Points. You can view your V.I.Paws Point Balance when you sign in on our Website and visit https://naturediet.co.uk/rewards. 
    2. If you cancel your Naturediet Account you will lose any points on your Naturediet V.I.Paws Account. If you do not wish to be enrolled as a holder of a Naturediet V.I.Paws Account, please contact us as info@naturediet.co.uk and ask to be unenrolled. Once unenrolled you will lose all your V.I.Paws Points.
  3. Earning Points
    1. You can only collect Naturediet V.I.Paws Points on your own Naturediet V.I.Paws Account and you cannot share them or transfer them to anyone else or to any other Naturediet V.I.Paws Account.
    2. Points are calculated based on completed “Ways to Earn” following the launch of the Naturediet V.I.Paws Loyalty Scheme (1/1/2026).
    3. “Ways to earn” are things you can do to earn Naturediet V.I.Paws Points. We may change “Ways to earn” in any way and at any time. This includes adding new “Ways to earn” or removing them or increasing the number of points you may receive or reducing the number of points that you may receive.
    4. You can only collect Naturediet V.I.Paws Points when making a purchase from our website if you are signed on to your Naturediet Account on our Website. You will not accrue points for your purchase if you check out as a guest or in any other way.
    5. When writing a review of our product via the review product facility on our website (a “Review”) you can only collect Naturediet V.I.Paws Points if you are signed on to your Naturediet Account on our Website. You will not accrue points for your purchase if you post a Review as a guest or in any other way.
    6. From time to time, we may run promotions in which you may be awarded double Naturediet V.I.Paws Points for certain Activities you carry out during a certain period. If you perform any of the activities we identify in respect of the relevant promotion in the relevant period, then the number of points awarded to you in respect of the identified Activity/ies you perform will be double the number of points set out in the table below. Such Naturediet V.I.Paws Points will be subject to all other terms and conditions in respect of points.

      You may send us up to 2 Photo Reviews in each calendar month which we expect to be genuinely held view(s) following a genuine purchase; Reviews must comply with these Terms and may or may not be displayed on our Website.

      These points are offered in addition to the standard 10 written review points.

      Refer a friend

      You must have permission to send us your friend’s contact email. Your friend must register for a Naturediet Account and spend at least £30 on their first purchase in order for points/discount to be awarded. They must also not close their Naturediet Account within 6 months of registering otherwise the relevant Points may be deducted. 

      This perk is limited to new customers only. If we detect a previous purchase/reward already associated with the friend’s email, neither the referring customer nor their friend will receive a reward.

      We reserve the right to withhold this perk if our systems indicate that self-referrals are attempted, for example, if the referring customer’s email is identical to their friend’s email, neither will get a reward.

      100 Naturediet V.I.Paws Points for you; and £5 off for your friend’s first purchase. 
  4. Redeeming Points
    1. V.I.Paws Points have no cash value.
    2. Points may be used only once they are exchanged for a unique code (“ Naturediet V.I.Paws Voucher”) to be applied during checkout on our Website.
    3. You need to accrue a certain number of  Naturediet V.I.Paws Points before you can apply via our Website for your Naturediet V.I.Paws Points to be exchanged for a Naturediet V.I.Paws Voucher. Only one voucher may be redeemed per transaction. 
    4. Points may be exchanged for V.I.Paws Vouchers as set out in the table below. Points are not redeemable in any other way.

    5. Naturediet V.I.Paws Vouchers are not transferable and can only be used by you when making a purchase of product from our Website if you are signed on to your Naturediet Account on our Website. You cannot use V.I.Paws Vouchers and will not get points for your purchase if you check out as a guest or in any other way.  You will not get Naturediet V.I.Paws Points based on the value of any purchase made using Naturediet V.I.Paws Vouchers. If for any reason you need to return a purchase made with Naturediet V.I.Paws Vouchers, your Naturediet V.I.Paws Account will be credited with the number of Naturediet V.I.Paws Points that you exchanged for the Naturediet V.I.Paws Vouchers.
    6. Naturediet V.I.Paws Points expire 1 year (365 days) after the date they were earned.
    7. Please note that the award of any and all V.I.Paws Points is entirely at our discretion and, without incurring any liability to you to the fullest extent permitted by law, we may at any time or in any instance choose:
      • not to award Naturediet V.I.Paws Points;
      • to deduct points from any V.I.Paws Point Balance; and/or
      • to close any or all Naturediet V.I.Paws Accounts.
  5. VIP Tiers
    1. As well as accruing points based on the “Ways to Earn” mentioned above, Naturediet V.I.Paws members will also qualify for membership in various levels of VIP tier based on value of spend on our website following the launch of the Naturediet V.I.Paws Loyalty Scheme (1/1/2026). 
    2. Tier eligibility will be calculated immediately following any purchases, and tier can be downgraded if product is returned or order is cancelled.
    3. Tier term is calculated on a rolling year basis: a dynamic 12 month period starting when a customer reaches a certain tier. Customers may be downgraded based on spend, and at any time at the discretion of Naturediet.  
    4. Membership of our VIP tiers is calculated as per table below and provides the following benefits:

  6. Changes to the Naturediet V.I.Paws Loyalty Scheme
    1. Naturediet Limited may, at its sole discretion, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Naturediet V.I.Paws Loyalty Scheme, and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time, in case of changes to applicable laws, changes in services provided by Naturediet or introducing new services. 
    2. Naturediet reserves the right to make changes to the Naturediet V.I.Paws Loyalty Scheme (including VIP Tiers) and its Terms and Conditions without providing you with prior notification. Please make sure to stay updated on the Terms and Conditions. You will always find the latest version of the Terms and Conditions on naturediet.co.uk. 
  7. Limitation of Liability
    1. Naturediet will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Naturediet V.I.Paws Loyalty Scheme or any consequences thereof. Naturediet accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from suspension, variation or termination or in any other way relating to the Loyalty Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
